Gratitude to the donors of Kolarac endowment in 2020

We are proud of the donors of Kolarac!

To individuals and companies who believe in the permanent mission of the institution to provide additional knowledge and represent top values in art music. The trust of the audience in almost nine decades of Kolarac’s work and 143 years of existence of the Endowment of this institution is our great responsibility. In philanthropy, the most important thing is trust, a clear common goal and vision. Responsibility in the distribution and purpose of the collected funds.

With an awareness of responsibility towards donors, we express our great gratitude to the donors who supported us in 2020:

– 39 individual donations from citizens and the total funds from all donations amount to 111,060.00 dinars

– 12 companies responded to the invitation to participate in helping and supporting Kolarac.

The collected funds and the value of the donated technical equipment amount to a total of 10,421,719.61 dinars.

These funds are invested in the development and sustainability of current programs, procurement of technical equipment and production of audio and video content that we broadcast on the YouTube channel SLUŠATE KOLARAC.

Kolarac is a personal conviction and attitude to believe in what we are doing, that it is important, that it is necessary. The programs and ideas we present are part of personal cultural needs. The feeling of belonging to Kolarac is part of our cultural identity. Because we love Kolarac, we believe in the mission of this institution and we believe in the goal that it is important for it to survive and be successful.
Donations are intended to finance the continuation of work and activities of the institution due to problems in business in the changed situation. Realization of new ideas that imply a new, modern and technically accessible way of communication with the audience in the next season.

We have a duty to survive and endure and get out of this situation. Because of the consistency in presenting the values we care about, because of the attention and trust of the audience, music artists, scientists and all future generations who will have their opportunity for a new experience, new knowledge and experience gained in this institution. An invitation to companies to donate the technical equipment necessary for recording and transmitting concerts and lecture programs, and for the purchase of software and equipment for online ticket sales.
