With the performance of La Serva Padrona opera by Giovanni Paisiello in February in Bulgaria, the first cycle of the Young@Opera project was completed, where the Kolarac Endowment participates as a partner of the Operosa.
After Bulgaria, performances are planned in May in Montenegro and by the end of November in Serbia.
The opera was directed by young director Vladan Đurković from Belgrade, while the mentor in Bulgaria was maestro Predrag Gosta. Participants as well as mentors will be changed by the change of the state, and in this way the chance will be given to a greater number of young artists.
The Young@Opera project, implemented within the Creative Europe programme, deals with encouraging and promoting young artists and their development, creativity, mobility and cultural exchange.
